We recently ran a few high flow rate tests using a custom pipe with the MSP430FR6047 EVM and the USS Design Center. Up to about 500 GPM, we see stable and accurate measurements of the flow rate. However, above 500 GPM, we see some noise in the flow rate measurements, some negative dTOF values, and several error messages.
Attached are screenshots of the configuration parameters, the waveforms, and the error messages. Our requirement is to measure flow up to 1000 GPM. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this behavior would be very much appreciated.
