EVM430-FR6047: ADC Capture for flow measurement

Part Number: EVM430-FR6047

I am using Evm430 Fr 6047 for water level meaurement using GUI with Audiowell 2.1 Mhz transducers connecting it to CH0 and CH1 channels of J8 PORT. I am using Frequency 2.1Mhz in Gui , BUT I am not getting Proper ADC Signal.Could you please share the parameters and advanced parameter fot this transducer for getting proper ADC signal.
