Hello,

I believe the specific test flow information for this product is supposed to be listed on the product page for Space Hardened Plastic (SHP) devices, but I am unable to find the product-specific information. I am trying to understand the Screening and QCI test flow for this product and what deviations there are between the product test flow and the applicable MIL spec.

If you go to page 45 of the below TI Space Products guide, it mentions that the "Process Conformance Report Content" can be found on the product page for Space EP and SHP product types. The Process Conformance Report Content for QML parts includes MIL-PRF-38535 Group A, B, C, D, E.

The Process Conformance Report Content, which is supposed to be listed on the product page according to TI's Space Products guide, should spell out the MIL-PRF-38535 inspection flow that's applicable to this specific product. Without this information, I don't know what inspection levels are performed on this specific product and can't adequately determine if the part is suitable for usage in our application.
