We developed a PCB with MSP430FR6047 for a new line of flowmeters. The flowmeter has a 1/8'' tube and is working with ultrasonic Sensors. We also implemented our own software interface for communication where we can set the parameters f.e. signal frequency, number of pulses, tube length and calibration parameters similar to the TI software interface. In our software we can also see the output values of upstream, downstrean and delta time of flight (DToF). Everything is working well so far. The only problem that is left is the flow output value that freezes as a max value if the flow gets higher. We want the max output to be at 1000 ml per second. The output from msp freezes at about 480 ml per second. Because we can see also the upsteam, downstream and DToF values while these are still performing well at flowrates higher than 480 ml per second. Is there a way to raise the flow output of the msp or what do we have to do to solve that problem?
