MSP-FET: Firmware currently 0... unable to update

I was using a program I purchased call FET-Pro430 Elprotronic. It said the firmware was out of date so I tried to update and it failed. Now the device is not responsive.

I would be happy to try a different method but I am struggling to find clear documentation of this.

I would recommend installing the MSP430-SDK. This SDK should have the firmware you need for the MSPFET.

Is it possible for you to provide more detailed instructions to complete this? I have downloaded and installed MSP430-SDK

Can you uninstall and install the drivers inside the MSP-FET? It should be under the device manager options.
