Part Number: MSP430F5659
Hi experts,
The MSP430F5659 typically operates in low-power mode. My customer wants the MSP430 to exit low-power mode after detecting a USB connection. How can this be achieved?
Thanks,
Leo

Hi Leo, you should be able to use an interrupt once the MSP detects the 5V power which triggers the PUR_EN bit. The available interrupts for USB specifically can be found in the reference manual on table 42.2:USB Interrupt Vector Generation. You should then be able to use this as an interrupt to wake the device from LPM. Hope this helps!
