MSPM0G3519-Q1: M0G3519QPNRQ1 - BSL UART Programming

We are currently trying to program the M0G3519QPNRQ1 device using BSL UART mode through the UniFlash tool. However, we are unable to find the appropriate bootloader connection settings where a serial connection (Boot loader mode) can be selected as the debugger.

Could you please confirm whether it is possible to use a serial connection (Boot loader mode) for programming this MCU?

Additionally, kindly guide us on the correct procedure to program the device in BSL UART mode using a serial connection.

Hi,

Yes it is possible to use UART to program the device.

There are CCS examples that show how.

What issues are you facing?

Hello Matthew,

Could you please let us know which CCS examples you are referring to?

Also, we do not have a LaunchPad board. We are trying to program the raw MCU using BSL UART through a serial connection.

Our Host is Linux PC with Ubuntu 22.04.
