Please review the design of the TPS62811MRWYRNEP regulator. The input voltage is 3.3 V and the required output is 1.8 V with 1 A load. Kindly check whether the overall design, including the switching frequency and soft-start configuration, is correct.

thanks for reaching out in E2E.

The soft-start configuration is not correct. A capacitor is used to set the soft-start time and not a resistor R2011 (see section 9.4.7 in the datasheet).

Please verify the current rating of the used inductance L15.

The ferrite bead FB48 should be OK, but if you encounter resonance ringing at the VIN terminal then the input filter should be damped as described in section 4 of this application note: "Using the Filters with the DC/DC Step-Down Converter".

The rest of the schematic is OK.

now the pin 6 is connected with 4.7nF capacitor and the L15 current rating is 12.3A so please confirm is it fine ?

thanks for the update.

The current rating of L15 is OK.

The 4.7nF capacitor will result in a soft-start time of 1.1ms. For a soft-start time of 0.65ms you would need a capacitor of 2.7nF (see equation 6 in section 9.4.7 of the datasheet).
