Dear Technical Support,
Please verify for MSP-EXP430G2ET and provide guidance for proper operation.
Or confirm if can be considered as defective ?
CUSTOMER INFORMED US THAT THE ITEM IS NOT WORKIN CORRECTLLY AND ITS DEFECT.
After purchasing it, I connected to PC to use it,but an error message
saying "MSP-FET / eZ-FET recovery failed" appeared, and I was unable to
get it to be recognized or work properly."
[Connection Method] I am connecting the device directly to my PC using the
USB cable that came with the product.
[OS] Windows 11
COULD YOU PLEASE ADVISE POSSIBLE CAUSE OF THIS? THANKS
