Our customer has received additional orders for a legacy system based on MSP430F2410 and they need to update their production test systems. The original test solution is based on TI MSPFlasher v1.1 and MSP-FET430UIF and it works well but they are unable to procure additional units of the MSP-FET430UIF bacause it is obsolete.
They have tried upgrading to the new MSP-FET and MSPFlasher v1.3.20, however this combination is causing the following error: EXIT 59 Error, “ unable to write to device memory”.
Below is a typical command they use successfully with the MSP-FET430UIF and MSPFlasher v1.1:
MSP430Flasher.exe – n MSP430F2410-r [MemDump.txt, INFO] -v -s -z [VCC] -e ERASE_ALL -I USB -m JTAG
