Fatal error while debugging on MSP430G2553..

Respected All,

Iam trying to debug my code into MS0430G2553 thriugh MSP-FET430UIF...and iam using IAR 5.40......
But every time it shows:

kindly help.....
my connection between JTAG and MSP430 are according to the note provided by TI (slau278h)

any suggestion are welcome...
