Is there a software way to lock SWD interface so the memory can’t be read out and debugger is no longer able to communicate?
If yes is there a way to recover such unit?

If you didn't disable factory reset, run factoryreset to reenable SWD port.
If you didn't disable BSL, using BSL to program nonmain default value.
