Hi team,
how many On-Off cycles can the MSPM33C321A handle?
From a mission profile perspective there are no issues.

Thanks Keith,
this answers my request.
For my own curiosity, is the flash the main limiting factor of lifetime? Meaning if I operate at 85C for 60 years everything besides the flash will also continue working?
BTW, I have no inside knowledge on this, I am just using my general semiconductor experience. TI might chime in with something different.
Disclaimer out of the way, assuming you are not drawing the max current from one of the I/Os, the flash should be the limitation at moderate temperatures. If the flash goes, I am not sure what the chip would *do*, but that is another issue.
The devices I am familiar with were designed to run for a million hours at a junction temperature of 200C, or a little over 100 years. The lifetime would double for every 10 degrees C below that.
