Hi,

I use the GUI created with gui composer to set parameters in my embedded code (gains for a PID controller, for instance).

Is it possible to (easily) export the variables read from the MCU to a text file ?

    Hi Adrien,

    Yes. Use GUI Composer’s nonvisual gc-core-streamsaver component. An Export button can call start(), write(), and stop() to download the latest streaming values as TXT or CSV.

    Read each value with:

    bindingRegistry.getBinding('streaming.variableName').getValue()

    For continuous logging, call write() whenever new data arrives. Here is an example.
