I cannot seem to find any information about the internals of TinyEngine or the register space. Are there any plans to release this information or have I missed it somehow?

Yes, this is not disclosed.

The plan to release the whole register map of TineEngine is not finalized yet. Do you have any specific requirements on accessing the register map?
