MSP430FR6043: Fluid flow and bubble sensing.

Hi Experts,

I need a solution for liquid flow with bubble sensing. Here is the requirements:

• 1 pair of 2Mhz piezo transducers for liquid and bubble detection
• bubble detection of ~1mm size with an estimated dwell time of 1ms.
• Sample rate of ~10kHz. 
• The water flow will be measured by time of flight.
• The bubble size will be measured by amplitude.

Upon review the MSP430FR604x seems to be the recommended product however, with the required sensing rate of 10kHz, this product seems to be inadequate, In addition, the USS software library is designed for <10z and maxed out at 500hz when modified. 

Do we have other solution that we can offer?
