Hi all,
i am designing a board with a MSPM0L1306.
I need to supply a wheastone bridge sensor with the VREF pin to allow a ratiometric measurement with the embeded GPAMP and ADC of the MSPM0.
I did not find the max output current on this pin.
VCC=2V about, VREF defined as 1.4V.

Hi Remy,
For MSPM0 standard IO sink and source current, it is maximum 6mA refer to datasheet.
And notice when using VREF module in MSPM0, it works as a voltage reference but not a power supply. So you should not expect a large source current from the VREF+ pin. Thanks.
Since All the analog devices that use the VREF have buffers, it would probably be a good idea for you to have one, too:
