Hey everyone,
Is it possible to power the MSP430 while it is connected to the launchpad without actually using the USB cable? Basically, I wrote a program for the microcontroller and programmed it. Now I want to disconnect the USB cable but still be able to power the microcontroller and run the program. We tried hooking up a power supply to VCC and GND on the launchpad and the power LED lights up but the program doesn't run.
Is what I'm trying to do possible?
