Don, the TCS3200 isn't a TI part, it is a TAOS Light to freq. converter.

What I wanted to know is if you guys have a microcontroler that will interface to this unit. And do you have a Eval board for interfacing to the TAOS part?

I am not a micro-controller expert. Let me move this thread over there and see what hits you get.
Basically, it looks like the TCS3200 outputs a 50% duty cycle square wave, with the frequency being proportional to the light intensity. So, basically, you need to be able to read the frequency, which I assume any GPIO on a micro could do...
