MSP430F2370 Flash Memory Write Errors

Hello.

I have some trouble when writing in Flash Memory . Data are not always correctly written.

Flash segment is correctly erased before writing datas.

Instead of writing my code here,  here is a screenshot.

As you can See at 0x800F , I have 0xADE6  Instead of  0xAD05 :

Errors seems to appears randomly ( not always at the same address)

 I do not know what can be the problem.
