Hi.

Is then a way to interface MSP430F2122 to the ADS1271 with the Universal Serial Communication Interface

Hi Keld,

yes, it is! Configure the USCI to SPI mode and connect it to your ADS1271.

Yes but the SPI on the MSP430 is 8 bit and the SPI on the ADS12714 is 24 bit .

Can it work together ?

If you use the ADS1271 in SPI mode (FORMAT=0), you should be able to talk to the device using three consecutive 8-bit transfers. While I haven't tried it myself, the interface should be able to handle it this way.
