MSP-EXP430F5438 Fail to update the USB EEPROM

I followed the procedures in user guide but no success.

MSP-EXP430F5438 Programming Tool always tell me:

error detected, aborting:
Could not initialize device interface
MSP-EXP430F5438 Programming Tool
Press CTRL+C to terminate job.

Please tell me how to fix it! Many thanks!

1. Populate the three headers on JP4 (SCL, SDA, RST) and insert the MSP430F5438 device into the
socket with pin 1 at the top-left corner of the socket (see Figure 1-1). The jumpers on JP5 may be
used to complete this procedure.
2. Select USB on the Power Switch at the top left of the board.
3. Plug in the mini-USB cable to the mini-USB port on the MSP-EXP430F5438 board.
4. Plug in the other end of the cable to an USB port on the host PC.
5. Run the program.bat batch file in the folder Update_EEPROM and press the key when prompted. The
program has executed correctly when the words "Please install new driver..." appear on the LCD. This
procedure serializes the experimenter board using a unique ID from the TUSB3410. Note that this
procedure can take a long time, up to a full minute.
