Is there a PCB with a spot for a regulator, an MSP430, and Output driver circuit? Or even just a Driver circuit and header pins?

Perhaps a DRV88xx series. Figured I'd see if such a board already exists to link the mcu to something with power.

There are EVM's available for the DRV parts. You could wire wrap a DRV board to an MSP430 board. This would allw you to pick the 430 that you would like to use as well as the particular DRV part.
