What is the difference between CCIxA and CCIxB?

The data sheets indicate connections can be made internally and exterally.

Externally:

CCI0A, what external pin is it connected to?
CCI0B, what external pin is it connected to?

Is it P4.0(Pin36)?

Internally:

CCI0A, what is it connected to internally?
CCI0B, what is it connected to internally?

How do you tell CCIxA and CCIxB where to connect? Internally or externally.

CCIxA & CCIxB are capture pins for the timer. The internal Timer_B connections are shown on page 19 of the datasheet

If I understand correctly the information on Pg19, CCI0A and CCI0B receives there inputs from 36 - P4.0 only.

In other words I can't set up CCI0A and CCI0B to receive an input from the ACLK.?

What I had in mind was to initalize TBCCR0 (Mov #9,&0192).

Using the ACLK (set at 32768Hz) as CCI0A's input to generate an interrupt every 9cycles/32768cycles/sec = 274usec

Is what I am attempting not possible?

TBCCR0 is not a counter. You cannot use it to count to 9 or any #. Nor is TBCCRx.

TBR is a counter. You can select ACLK as its source and count it -- to 9 or any # up to 65535.
