MSP430BT5190 - using Mindtree for more than 2 connections?

Using the Mindtree firmware, after 2 connections are completed and SPP connections are added, an attempt is made for a 3rd connection.  After sending the create_connection request, a response is not sent back from the BT stack.  There are a lot of compile switches in the BT_limits.h file but believe they all have been set properly. 

What other suggestion can be made?
