Does anyone know where I can get the dimensions for a 6 pin SON (DRY) footprint for the TPD4E004? I am laying out a PCB for the MSP430F5529 and wanted to add ESD protection to the USB port as on the MSP-TS430PN80USB board.

Hi Andrew,

pls refer to the date sheet here (http://focus.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tpd4e004.pdf , 4-Channel ESD-Protection Array for High-Speed Data Interfaces (Rev. A)). The dimensions were on page 10. You may also want to have a look at SN75240 USB Port Transient Suppressors (Rev. G) too.

I am looking for the footprint dimensions not the part dimensions.

yes, your right! I was unable to find a footprint for the 6-pin SON (DRY) package on the TI website too.
