When are we going to get a F5xx Demo Board with real USB port ?

Hi,

I am a F4618 user for some time now. I have suffered on with the TIUSB3410 as a USB connection - this is soooh 2002!.

I was glad to see the F5xx series released at last - but very dissapointed to see the Demo board still has that old TUSB device and no _real_ USB port.

What we need is the F55xx devices with their real USB ports on a demo board and some code to allow relprogramming over USB - no more serial line/TUSB BSL!!

Come on TI - what is the problem ........?

later this year when the msp430f552x devices, the first 430s with USB, are formally released, you're going to start to see more boards with MSP430-based USB. the MSP-TS430PN80USB is the first board with USB and it will be possible to load code directly to the MSP430 directly over USB without the FET.
