Hi, I’m a student from China. Currently, I’m using the MSP430FW42X with an LC sensor to detect rotational movement. Here are the questions, how to check to DAC voltage level, how to define the delay time (the time waiting for the oscillation decay)?
The LC is 1nF+100uH, but the initial doesn’t reach Vcc+Vdiode, very low, around 1.5 V. I’m using the example program downloaded from TI. And this nothing wrong with the circuit. What do you think the problem is? By the way, what kind of LC is the best choice, the material and parameter.
In my project, the sensor should be very close to the coil, less than 2mm, which I can see the damped oscillation.
