Multiple USB FET tools with CCE 3.1

Hello:

Is it possible debug more than one CPU with multiple USB FET tools using CCE3.1?   I tried opening 2 instances of CCE and setting each project to different  USB FETs (TI MSP430 USB1 and TI MSP430USB2).   Whenever I try to connect,  the debug hangs trying to look for an available FET/CPU.
