I am using F5529 on my own hardware. with XT2 of 12MHz . I am able to download firmware using USB (hardware method). I download the HID demo program
using USB downloader but now it says USB device not recognized. If I start the HID demo program I get an error as
"No Serial interface found for VID/PID combination (VID = 2047 PID= 301)
Please connect a board with USB on this workstation"
If i follow the same procedure on development board, it works.
