USB does not work after unplug

Hi.

I'm using F5529, module USB with 4MHz crystal. I followed the USB reference design to build my usb board. I used the integrated LDO 3.3V ,i.e, the power for my chip is from Vusb pin. Then I downloaded the API example code of HID Mouse.

During the Spy-by-wire debugging, the MSP-FET430UIF can not communicate with the F5529. However, I was able to download the whole program to my chip. Then I plug in my "usb mouse" to my laptop, it worked well. After that, I suddently unplug without disable it in Window Device Manager and then plug in again. This time, the "usb mouse" did not work any more. Window say that "USB Device not Recognized". It was also very hard for me to make it work again in the next downloading processes.

Did anyone have the same problem? Plz explain for me what make my usb board unstable.
