I’ve got a task about reading, erasing , writing Bootstrap loader(BSL)  Memory (Flash) 0x1000-0x17FF of MSP430F5510.

And I have some question I couldn’t get clear answer from spec; if someone have the experience about writing programs to reading ,erasing , writing Bootstrap loader(BSL) Memory, please give me some suggestions.

 

  1. Which mode could I read, erase, write Bootstrap loader(BSL)  Memory ?

              BSL Mode? JTAG Mode? Or others?

  1. When I use the mode to communicate with MSP430F5510 for reading ,erasing , writing Bootstrap loader(BSL) Memory; which is the correct hardware circuit I can use ?And where can I get the spec or information in TI website?
  2. Is there any programming spec about BSL Memory 0x1000-0x17FF like BSLMode (slau319b) or JTAG Mode(slau320d).
