Can GCOV along with Code composer studio be used for code coverage of MSP430 devices?

    Code coverage and Profiling functionalities for MSP430 family under Linux platfom:

    msp430-gcov and msp430-gprof commands are available on linux platform (msp430-gcc package).

    can any body please explain the procedure or usage for msp430-gprof and msp430-gcov.
