Opening .ewp files

Ref Prog guide: MSP430 USB API Stack for CDC/PHDC/HID/MSC On page 150 it says "open the workspace file (".eww") " The MSP430 software "says" .ewp. Can i conclude .eww is wrong? Questions: How do I open a .ewp file? Do you have a doc that tells me how to incorporate MSP430 API into a Visual C++ 6.0 workspace? Please advise this hardware person. npappasz@gmail.com

Hello Nicholas,

To answer your question, ".eww" indicates a workspace file while ".ewp" indicates a project file. This website may be of use to you: http://www.ece.uah.edu/~jovanov/msp430/GettingStartedWithMSP430_IAR_EW.pdf (The page describing .eww and .ewp is on page 3). Once you open the workspace you will see the project files listed in the projects directory.
