CC256X PC Tool: How set the Host CPU to transparent mode

Hello,I use CC256X PC Tool  to measure RF performance of our BT chips(MSP430F5438+CC2560). But it need the Host CPU(MSP430F5438) is running a program which puts it in transparent mode(as shown below). So can you provide me the transparent mode code.

    After you installed CC256x Bluetooth Hardware Evaluation Tool, go to ..\CC256x Bluetooth Hardware Evaluation Tool\v0.5\TI Transparent MSP430 PAN1323ETU\MSP-EXP\Binary, you will find an image F5438Exp_PAN1315ETU.hex, use MSP430 USB-Debug-Interface MSP-FET430UIF to program the image into your MSP430 MCU board, then remove the jumper on the "RST" pins, which are near the Mini USB interface. After all that, the EVM board will be running on the transparent mode.
