Regarding AES128 slaa397a code

Hello ,

               I am referring to the code given in slaa397a for AES encryption - decryption.I am not 

able to figure out that , with which standard mode of encryption/decryption (e.g. ECB )it is implemented.

Can anyone tell that ,  which encryption mode this code implements?
