Programming (Burning) into MSP430F5438A using IAR Embedded Workbench

I am using IAR Embedded Workbench to program MSP430F5438A . I am trying to burn the UserExperience Demo program into the MSP430. The program is building fine without any errors any or warnings. Then i am using the Download and Debug option to burn the program into the uC in-circuit with the MSP-FET430UIF. In the console it is coming Download Complete but it does not seem that the program is not being flashed. I am running my program in Emulator Mode. I dont know what the problem is ....

How to solve this ?

Also, If anyone can provide the instructions that i should follow to burn code into MSP430 ( I have read the User Guide for both MSp430F5438A and IAR Embedded Worbench). May be i am missing something..............

Report back your results after you try testing each of these variables one at a time:

1. IAR. Instead download your compiled code using something else. For example FET-Pro430 Lite
2. MSP430F5438A. Remove this part and try a different MSP430F5438A. You can order free samples with shipping from ti.com.
3. Your computer. Try another computer with FET-Pro430 Lite
4, Your compiled code. You can try Code Composer Studio for free with the MSP-EXP430F5438 kit.
5, The USB cable. Read back the versoin of MSP-FET430UIF firmware to test this connection.
