I'm using the programator FET-pro430 and IAR software on windows7, For the reference hardware i use a cronos ez 430 watch.
I think that i have problem with programator fet-pro430. When i was click on Download and debug, the IAR send masage: The firmware on the TI USB FET does not match this software verison. Do you want to update the firmware?
- If i click YES: Fatal error: Failed to initialize......
-if click NO: comunication error
I read that is problem with drivers for fet-pro430, so i was try to downgrade the drivers.
When i confirm with y: updateTool.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file.
Then i try with code composer studio, and it is the same.
Then i try with crossWorks for MSP. With this program it works, i can program the device, but always asking me whether I want to Update the fet-pro430.
I'm almost giving up with these processors (all TI), becouse three months ago, everything worked normally.
