Alternative to CC430 with extended memory

Hello, 

I have been working with the SoCs CC430 two years ago, the thing is when complexity raises memory requirements (both RAM and ROM) increases as well.

Since as I can see in this link, the best SoC has 4kB of RAM and 32kB of flash, I am actually looking for a solution (hope it to be compatible) to the CC430 for sub 1GHz applications without reducing the transmision range or increasing the power consumption.

Do you have any solution, alternative or workaround?

    IMO alternative solution would be to use any MSP430 that suits your memory-hungry application together with CC-series radio chip.
