timer in capture mode in MSP430f6736

Hi.

i m working on msp430f6736. I want to use timer in capture mode. I m generating PWM on P2.7 using timer. And same PWM,i m giving on P1.1 for capture. But my code is not working. 

Can Anyone suggest me sample code of timer in capture mode for msp430f6736 particularly.

    Well, capture mdoe works the very same for all MSPs. Thi sis the module that has changed least since the very first MSP.

    However, capture mode requires an external signal, so I doubt that soemone has generated sample code. But if, then it is linked on the MSP430F6736 product page.
