Hi,
I am using MSP430G2352. I want to know what are electrical charateristics of of I/O port when microcontroller is not powered up. I my circuit, before powering micro, i am supplying voltage less than 3.3V to one of the i/o pin. i worried whether this will latch up the micros port ?
