I am runing the TI USB CDC stack on my MSP430F5529. When I connect to my board I see the COM port in Device Manager but when I try to connect to it with my terminal program I get a Windows error 121, Semaphore Timeout Error. I did some searching on line and most of the helps say it is a registery error. I wanted to get an opinion from the embedded world.
