Code Composer Studio 5.3 not picking up Adobe Flash Player in ubuntu 12.04.

Whenever i click on the MSP430ware link it always asks me to install Adobe Flash player. is there any way to get rid of this as i have updated my flash player version from ubuntu repository and my both the CHROME and MOZILLA works fine with that.
