Do you have some reason to believe that your program has been "damaged"?
If you (think you) do, how do you know that it's just the program - rather than any other part(s) of the device?

Not sure that's exactly true.
Any stress (mechanical, thermal, electrical) beyond the specified maximum limits could cause damage to the chip - which could include damage to the Flash

MSP activates a strong radiation source that radiates it?
Hi Andy,
I am sure that only program/firmware have been destroyed when I used KA78R33 as a power source. If I connect the Vcc of MSP430 to the Vout of KA78R33, which is 3.3V power, the MSP430 doesn't work anymore, even I change the power source with a power supply to active the MSP430. But If I download the program again and use power supply as the power source, it work as what I expected. Now, if I change the power with KA78R33, it doesn't work.
Sunglin.
