fram board & ntc thermistor

Hi
Anybody knows something about NTC thermistor characteristic with is
mounted in FRAM-EXP-BOART ?

It is 100k NTC Thermistor.
I need resistance vs temperature characteristics.

    IIRC; this quesiton has been asked before. I don't remember wheter an aswer was found (if not, then you'll likely not getting an answer too), but you should be able to locate the thread using the board search.

    I tried found something about this thermistor,
    But all advices, are unsatisfactory for me,

    still i know that it is NTC 100k thermistor,
    but I don't have informations about Beta parameter value,
    finally about resistance vs temperature characteristics,

    Then all you can do is to apply two (for 1rst order polynom) or 3 (for 2nd order polynom) known temperatures and measure the resistance. Then you can calculate the values by yourself. I've done it myself at a different occasion and the results were okay. (actually not much worse than when using the parameters some manufacturers give in their datasheets)
