RC5 is symmetrical. Meaning the encoder algorithm and the decoder algorithm are the same. See:

   I think I didnot write that I already went through the article you gave in he link, however, I was thinking if anyone knows another source, other than TI literatures! Well dont you think its pathetic for some to sugest a very obvious documentation that any one before posting to TI communitiy will anyway go through :)
