MSP-EXP430G2 with 430BOOST-CC110L Green LED and MISO pin

Hi there
I am experimenting 430BOOST-CC110L with TI MSP-EXP430G2 with MSP430G2553 pre-programmed. My dev. environment is Win7+IAR IDE with AIRBoosterStack.eww LaunchPad_CC110L_FCC configuration. Pairing and everything seems working OK.
My question is
MSP430G2553 P1.6 is using for Green LED AND SPI MISO same time. Is this allowed to do this?? Because Green LED set up as output and controlling port out put BUT on the  other hand SPI MISO between the micro and CC110L is using this pin as input. If looking at this line by an oscilloscope the the wave seems distorted. Please clarify this is correct usage.
