Mi name is Camilo I work in Plintec Ltda. Bogotá Colombia authorized distributor of Texas Instruments here.

I want to know if this MCU MSP430RF5739 have a external programmer or is programmable just by the MSP-EXP430FR5739 Experimenter's Board.

For 40 pins VQFN (RHA) packages there exists this target board.

Note that you also need a JTAG programmer debugger like this to program/debug the MCU.

Another question... I need a full license for programmer this MCU or i can use the Free license of Code Composer Studio v5

CCS v5 has a free 16 kB code size limited license for MSP430.

As MSP430FR5739 has 16 kB of FRAM, that will not be a limit for you.

P.S.: I've just found that there exists a MSP430FR5xxx 40-Pin FET tool and target board combination if you want to save some money.
