According to the documentation. This library should contain a library for the msp4305529 chip.

If not, this is done in 15 minutes, quite a lot pins to name, but not too much work.

Just had a look at the product website under "Tools & Software". It contains a file with footprints for EAGLE and can be downloaded here. Doesn't it contain your device? (Did not check it)
