MSP-GANG INSTALLATION FAILURE - A program required for this install to complete could not be run

Hi,

Our customer is trying to use the MSP-GANG and he downloaded the MSP-GANG Programmer package and upon installation they get the following message:

Any Idea what causes this error message?

The customer is using Windows 7 / this customer also has an earlier version of the MSP-GANG programmer SW installed.

    Hi Ran,

    Has the customer already tried to uninstall the previous version first? 

    The customer might need to install the software with admin rights (Right click on the Setup.exe file --> Run as Administrator).
